Are you struggling with self-doubt, negative self-talk, or feeling like you’re not enough? You’re not alone.

Hola! My name is Jazmin Baca and I specialize in helping teens and young adults build self-esteem, develop confidence, and break free from the pressure to be "perfect."

Using an Eclectic Therapy approach that blends Person-Centered Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive spacewhere you can explore your thoughts, challenge self-criticism, and start seeing yourself with the kindness and confidence you deserve.

A big part of our work will be understanding how past experiences—especially family dynamics and early beliefs—shape the way you see yourself today. Together, we’ll identify patterns that no longer serve you, replace them with healthier ways of thinking, and help you step into your full potential with confidence and self-acceptance.

You don’t have to stay stuck in self-doubt. Let’s work together to help you feel more secure in who you are and build the confidence to take on life’s challenges.
I currently accept Aetna or provide sessions at the out-of-pocket rate of $100. If necessary, we will generate a super bill for your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
